The first partner meeting under the BS CAP project was opened by the Deputy Minister of European integration issues of Georgia

On September 19th and 20th, 2011, in Tbilisi, Georgia, the first partner meeting was conducted under the "Black Sea Programme for Cultural Animation: Pilot Model for Mobilizing the Common Cultural Characteristics for Creative Destination Management in the Black Sea Basin (BS CAP)" project, coordinated by the International Management Institute (Bulgaria). The meeting was opened by Mrs. Tamar Berushashvili, Ms. Tamar Beruchashvili, Deputy State Minister of Georgia for European and Euro-Atlantic Integration and Mr. Oliver Reisner, Attaché and Project Manager of the Delegation of the European Union to Georgia.

First session of the consultative board for cultural animation in Armenia

The first session of the consultative board for cultural animation was held on 6 Dec. 2011 in Yerevan, Armenia. The aim of this session is to select the 20 objects from Armenia - customs, events, traditions, which will represent the country in the virtual tours and the catalogue for cultural heritage in the Black Sea region, which is being developed in the framework of the BS CAP project. The objects, which are discussed, fall in the following categories:

1. customs and traditions
2. culture sights
3. culture expositions
4. festivals.

Similar sessions are being held in all countries from the region.
